Stacktail

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 13 June 2026

1. Who we are

Stacktail is an iOS arcade game published by E&D (an independent developer, "we"). This policy explains what data is processed when you use the app, why, and what your rights are.

For any question, contact us at verstand.france@gmail.com.

2. Data we process

Stacktail asks for no account, no name and no email address. Your progress (best score, coins, skins, settings) is stored on your device only and is not sent to our servers.

To fund the app through advertising and keep it stable, some technical data may be processed by our providers:

3. Ad tracking and consent (ATT)

In line with Apple's App Tracking Transparency rules, the app asks for your permission before any tracking for advertising purposes. If you decline, you can keep playing normally: ads are still shown but are not personalized using your advertising identifier. You can change this choice anytime in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

4. Partners and recipients

In-app purchase payments are handled by Apple; we never receive or store your payment information.

5. Legal basis and retention

Where the GDPR applies, advertising processing relies on your consent, and diagnostics on our legitimate interest in keeping the service stable. Technical data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes described, then deleted or anonymized.

6. Your rights

To exercise these rights: verstand.france@gmail.com.

7. Children

Stacktail is not specifically directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes
